I've eaten there once. While the sandwich was very good, the prices are waaaay out of whack. Over $10 for a roast beef sub? Admittedly they used what seemed to be a high-quality roast beef (i.e., no hard-to-eat bits), but it's still hard to justify that price. Most people might pay that price for seafood, but for roast beef it's not so much better than an Amato's RB Italian as to justify the price difference (IMHO). I wish them well, seriously, but their pricing needs to be competitive for them to survive.

Nice write-up! They are indeed about as close to New Orleans po-boys as one will find up this way. (Though what you'll find with a trad roast beef po boy in NOLA is the gravy dripping out of the bread, not mayo). Check out the gumbo next time you go, it ain't half-bad.
